Q: “Where is my nearest dealer? / Who sells your products in my area?”

A: We sell ‘farm direct’ and therefore can offer you the best value and service.

Q: “How can I see your equipment before I purchase?”

A: Many satisfied clients have bought ‘sight unseen’ and have not been disappointed. Chances are that you may have a neighbor that is the proud owner of our equipment. Call toll free 1866 443 7444 for names & numbers of producers in your area.

Q: “How do you deliver right to my yard?”

A: Lakeland Group has strong relationships with a number of freight companies that have many trucks on the road all over North America. We have negotiated very good rates with companies that are looking to fill their empty truck space. We can often deliver product quickly to you because there is a truck already heading for your area.

Q: “Do you offer finance packages?”

Q: “Does the Legacy fence come in panels for me to install?”

A: No – the posts & rails are the same product and simply join together with an allen wrench connector. You order on a “per foot of finished fence” basis and we calculate how many rails, posts & connectors you need.

Q: “Are your bale spears good quality?”

A: Yes – they are very high quality, high tensile forged steel imported from Europe where they have been in use for many years.

Q: “Can I use your skid steer attachments on my older JD loader?”

A: Our skid steer attachments are all compatible with the standard “quick-attach” plate. We can however manufacture a custom plate to install to your loader (providing we have the working drawings for your loader).

Q: “Do you deliver mineral tubs right to my farm?”

A: Yes – on orders of one ton (8 tubs) or more, we will deliver direct to your yard for no extra cost (depending on location)

Q: “Why do your mineral tubs seem more expensive than others?”

A: We would be doing you no favours if we talked only about the cost per tub. We talk about the cost per head, per day because this is your true cost. We guarantee the consumption so that you can guarantee your input costs. Don’t be deceived into buying a ‘cheap’ tub only to find that the cattle eat it in a few days.

Q: “Is your Ivermectin pour-on a generic brand imported from the States?”

A: No – It is manufactured and approved in Canada, licensed and formulated for Canadian cattle producers – eh!
